We will be trying to fulfill all requests this year for shadier spots for those who have perishable items and items that wilt/degrade in the direct sunlight. Please make a notation of any special requests below such as; Electricity with stated reason; Shade with stated reason; demonstration area with stated reason etc. Our market location has minimal spots for electricity (All requests will be considered by market management and vendors notified of special requests approved or denied) Vendors approved will need to bring their own heavy duty outdoor extension cords with and adequate number of mats/runners to cover and reduce the risk of the possibility of tripping hazard. After considering the above information Hampton Falls Farmers Market will have assigned vendor spots going forward. Consideration will be made for vendors selling similar items (to be placed with spatial respect) as well as our attempt to pair vendors that complement each other to the best of our abilities. Spaces/areas will be made available for those who are joining us part time vs permanent spots for the full-time vendors. Each vendor will be notified of this arrangement prior to the beginning of the market season Vendors will provide their own 10×10 tent (camping tents not allowed) and tables. Hampton Falls Farmers market does not provide tents or canopies. Tents should be in presentable and good repair, clean and attractive. NO TENT STAKES are permitted on the grounds, please use tent weights (recommended: 20 lbs per leg to sustain winds). Vendors with no tents will be permitted, please let us know in advance as there is a designated area for this. Vendors will provide their own 10×10 tent (camping tents not allowed) and tables.
